You are gaining a deep insight into the functioning and interrelationships of organisations, while getting to the bottom of complex questions. Immediately after onboarding, you start developing your own client solutions.
Depending on how quickly you are developing, in just a few years already you might leading larger projects independently as a senior manager, in direct contact with C-level executives.
Your tasks
- Developing corporate strategies
- Designing business process models and organisational structures
- Developing innovation processes and structures
- Conducting interviews, analysing facts and figures, presenting results and moderating workshops
- Accompanying clients in the transformation process
Training and development
With our tailor-made package, we support you not only in getting familiar with the hpo consulting approach and methodology, but also in developing other skills like interview and presentation techniques or project and time management.
What makes you a great candidate
- Above-average university Master's degree
- Entry as a consultant: relevant internships or first work experience
- Entry as Senior Consultant: one to two years of professional experience in strategy consulting
- Excellent knowledge of German and English, other languages an advantage
- Analytical thinking, humour and creativity
