The emotional level in transformation projects
The importance of the emotional level in transformation projects and change processes is immense and yet often underestimated. In order for transformations to succeed, two prerequisites must be met: the target image itself must be coherent. The timetable, the individual work steps as well as the level-appropriate involvement of the employees in the development and implementation of the target image must fit the specific company situation.

The importance of these two aspects in a transformation project is illustrated by two practical examples in the hpo webinar. In both practical examples, one of the success factors was to adequately address the emotional level in the transformation project in addition to a factual, sensible target image. This is also expressed by the customer-facing project managers from PostFinance and SBB. The project managers provide a personal insight into their respective transformation projects, talk about the most important challenges and milestones and reveal the success factors that are relevant from their point of view.
