The hpo Performance Assessment uncovers the level of readiness for future challenges for your company or a sub-division, and serves as an indicator of performance potential that has not yet been realised. You will gain clarity about the extent to which the organisation fulfils the requirements for a High Performance Organisation as well as insights as to where potential for development for sustainable, EBIT-impacting performance increases lies.

Four steps to your individual performance score
Based on our holistic approach to organisational design, we analyse and assess your company with regard to our definition a High Performance Organisation based on our long-term expertise. The analysis is based on our design criteria for High Performance Organisations and covers the core subjects Strategy, Processes/Organisation and Corporate Culture. These must be immaculately aligned to unleash maximum performance potential and ensure the seamless functioning of the organisation.
1. Setup
In an initial meeting, we develop a common understanding of the initial situation and the objectives, as well as the approach and organisational procedure of the Performance Assessment.
2. Assessment of the as-is state
In addition to the document analysis and evaluation of key metrics of the company, we conduct interviews with around four selected decision-makers. In the interviews, our structured questionnaire allows for an assessment of the company's current performance in terms of strategy, processes, organisation and culture.
3. Visualisation and interpretation of results
The findings from the assessment result in a Performance Score, which is enriched with detailed insights on company-specific performance barriers and performance potential.
4. Discussion of results and potential solutions
As a last step, we discuss the results with the key decision-makers in a personal dialogue. Based on the specific performance barriers, options to unlock the performance potential are jointly outlined and prioritised.
Depending on the availability of the decision-makers and the scope of the analysis, results are available within a few weeks. The time required from hpo is around 4 - 6 days, depending on the size of the company and the agreed areas of specialisation.
